"I stayed in Doctor A CondoStudios for just under 3 months. I was very happy with my stay and it's a very good value for the money. My monthly all-in was averaging about 30k per month which is one of the best deals you're going to get in Angeles these days unless you sign a 6 month to 1 year lease and want to live in a 30 year old Filipino style building that has not been kept up. The neighborhood is good with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. I never had any issues and felt safe even when parking my car on a side street and making a short walk to the unit. Note that Doctor A CondoStudios doesn't have many spots for car parking and residents in the surrounding side streets seem to think they "own" public street parking spots. This will only get worse by the day as traffic and cars continue to increase and lack of enforcement by Angeles City. Doctor A CondoStudios staff was absolutely terrific and professional. They were very responsive to any and all issues via WhatsApp. In particular Maynard was extremely helpful from check-in to check-out. Doctor A is extremely accommodating and attentive to his guest's needs. He built a functional, affordable and safe unit which can sometimes be difficult to find. I highly recommend a short or long term stay here if you want a simple place and don't mind being in the Koreatown area."

"I had a fantastic stay at this condo and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal in a safe and comfortable place. From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The price was very reasonable compared to other options in the area—honestly one of the best deals I found without compromising on quality. The unit itself was cozy, well-equipped with everything I needed, and had a modern, welcoming feel. One thing that stood out was the security of the building. I felt completely safe during my entire stay. There’s secure access, well-lit common areas, and the neighborhood around the condo felt very calm and peaceful, even at night. Communication with the host/owner was easy and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Whether you're in town for a short visit or a longer stay, this condo is a solid choice. Will definitely be booking again next time I’m in the area!"

"During my 6 months at Doctor A CondoSuites and 4 months at Doctor A CondoStudios, I have been thoroughly impressed with the exceptional experience they provide. The condominiums are located in a safe area within walking distance to entertainment areas, making it extremely convenient. The wifi is excellent, which has been a huge plus for me. The customer service is top-notch - the staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are well taken care of. Both buildings are well-maintained and provide a very convenient living experience. I highly recommend these condominiums to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live."

"I have been at Dr. A's suites and condos since Nov. 2024., I have had a great experience as a resident in Dr. A afam, and just renewed thru Oct 25. Security, staff, safety, convenience, location all excellent! Parking available but often unnecessary-- trikes, cabs, walking here is easy and safe. Statements and billing are clear, Dr.A has been invaluable in assisting a fellow Veteran deal with medical issues and has been willing to help every time I asked. 'To infinity & Beyond', his motto, is fitting."
